Carryout and Dish Network

I just bought the carryout Monday and have been trying to get it working correct with the Dish 500 where it has to pick up the 119 & 110 sat. I don't have a problem getting the 119 but can't seem to get the 110. I have called Dish and Winegard and still haven't gotten it working correct. I don't know what else to do. I believe I'm going to take it back and get my money and go back to the tripod again. If you have any ideas or anything, please let me know. Thanks

Which receiver are you using?

When you ran the check switch, what did it come up with?

I'm using the DP311. When I run the check switch I only the #119. I have always had trouble with Dish even with the tripod and that's the reason I broke down and spent the money for this unit and I'm still having trouble. I would change to Directv but can't get local chanells with them. My zip code is 36079. I thought this would be easy after reading all the reviews I could find on this. After I run the check switch and go back to the point screen I running somewhere between 55/60 on this screen. I have gone over to the #110 and i have about the same numbers but it doesn't turn green on the #110. The #119 doesn't lock but it does turn green and i can watch those chanells but I can't get the #110. Any ideas I will try them. I talked to Camping World yesterday in Dothan, Alabama where I bought it about this problem. I'm supposed to take it to them in the morning and they're going to try and set it up for me. I don't think they wanted to but if I can't get this figured out I've got to return it and go back to the old tripod. I appreciate your help and waiting on your reply.

With the Carryout and the 311 receiver you should get a check switch result of

SW64.

If not, start a new search and run a new check switch after the Carryout has stopped moving for a slow ten count.
