Road trip 500 SD Dish SW64 Switch

I am having a difficult time installing the SW64 switch for Dish network--thot it was obstructions but am now stationary wo trees nor clouds in the sky in GA. have called tech support twice and am waiting for call back but I guess maybe tomorrow will come...any thots or suggestions???

What model receiver are you using? Did you follow the setup instructions as shown here?
