I have a mv3500a I have used for about 3 years with no problems. I do have a problem now. When I turn it on it finds 119 right off. When I do a check switch it goes through its checks and I get sw42. the 119 has odd and even, But 110 has an x in odd and even is ok. I've hooked up my tripod and its ok. I've used 2 different receivers and moved to different locations with the same result. Any help would be appreciated.

After I posted this I contacted tech support and they walked me through a new dish procedure to do a check switch on the 311 model. It was a software change that dish did without notifying anybody. Kudos to Winegard tech support. Thanks to all.
