Access to the Moehn Building interior?

I'm an amateur photographer living in Iowa City whose parents grew up in Burlington. I was in Burlington last weekend and photographed the exterior of the Moehn Building. It's a great old structure. I'm interested in gaining interior access to the building to get some shots. Perhaps someone reading this could pass my request up the line to someone at Winegard Realty Co.? I'd appreciate it.
