MV3500T - GPS issues

Question:
3 weeks ago the GPS antenna wire broke and you sent me a new one. The problem now is that after I put the antenna on it won't work. It starts and rotates 360 degrees and then goes back to where it started and stops. The fuse is good and I checked all the connections.

Tech Tip:

The system is waiting for GPS. This means that the GPS antenna is either not connected to the board or there is still an issue with it. Check to see if the GPS is connected properly and that the center wire is not bent inside the connector.
