I HAVE NO RECEPTION ON OUR RV ON AIR ANTENNA. THE READINGS AT THE COAX AT THE ANTENNA ARE 13.28VOLTS, AT THE TV SIDE OF THE AMP, .580 VARING. IS THE AMP BAD? SHOULD I REPLACE THE ANTENNA AND THE AMP? PLEASE ADVISE.
It sounds like the antenna amplifier could be the problem. We can test the unit for you if you are interested. Generally, if you send the antenna to us with a check for $35.00 and your return address, we will test the antenna and if it is bad we will replace it for the $35.00. If not we will send the check and antenna back to you with a list of possible issues to look for.
