I recently purchased a Winegard HD-7084. When attempting to assemble my unit I noticed the "J1" connector on the circuit board in the cartridge housing is bent over to about 90 degrees from vertical -- I doubt it will engage the phasing line. I'm going to bend it back and install it, but the bend is neat enough that I'm wondering if it's intentional.
The bend is not designed to be that way. It should be straight so that it will make contact with the phasing lines in the top of the antenna housing. Please carefully bend it back.
