We recently purchased a HD-7015 antenna and a AP-8700 pre-amp. I need to run cable in the house to the TVs and cable from the antenna into the house. I was wondering what type of RG-6 you recommend. Should I use quad-shielded or will any RG-6 do? Also, the antenna is going to be mounted outside so the cable needs to be able to withstand the weather.
You can use any high quality RG6/U cable. You do not need the quad shield. RG-6 cables are designed for use indoors or outdoors and should be able to withstand almost any weather.
