Sensar (Batwing) - Replacement P/S
Date Modified: 2009-04-21

Question:
I have an older Winegard Sensar antenna with amplifier, and I no longer have the power supply. According to the website the PS-9370 should work, but my unit indicates it requires 12VDC, not 18VAC. Specs for the new Sensar also show a 12VDC requirement. What do you recommend for a power supply for my antenna?

Tech Tip:
The PS-9370 will work. The AC voltage is rectified to DC in the antenna. The PS-1503 sends +15VDC up the coax to the amplifier and is passed through the rectifier. So either the PS-9370 or PS-1503 power supply will work for you.
