RM-DM46 - Dish 300 or 500

Question:
I have a Winegard RM-DM46 crank up on my RV. I have tried several times to aquire satellites without success. I followed the troubleshooting guide in the manual. It indicates that if there is voltage at the end of the cable at the attenna, (I have 10.3 volts) then I should replace the LNBF. I was wondering if you thought this was correct, and how I could get a replacement LNBF.

Tech Tip:

One of the little things that nearly everyone misses is that Dish Network uses different look angles for Dish 500 (the default setting on the receiver) and Dish 300. The Crank-up is a Dish 300 dish. If you set the receiver for dish 300 you should have better luck.
