We have Dish Network Satellite service and would like to upgrade to a DVR receiver. Is our Winegard RT1200S compatible with a DVR?
Yes, a DVR will work with that unit. However, you will have to pay attention to which satellite the DVR is trying to record. Since the RoadTrip is only able to see one satellite at a time, you will need to make sure that you are using the primary tuner to record. Also, you will need to run a second cable for the DVR.
