I purchased a Trav'ler Slimline SK-3005 for my RV and one of the 4 coax jacks quit working leaving me with 3.
The first thing to do is to determine where the cable is failing. The receiver supplies 13-18VDC to the LNB. Take a short piece of coax that you know is good and connect it to the jack on the top of the mount and see if you are getting the voltage here. If not, start checking every connection until you get back to the receiver or until you find where you are losing the voltage.
