AS-2003 - Won't lock on

Question:

We currently have a Winegard AS-2003. The Dish we have is mounted on our Mobile KU truck and currently isn't functioning. It will launch and start to search but then will "stall" and just lay back. What I am wondering is if there is a replacement kit to fix this problem.

Tech Tip:

It sounds like you need a new mount and/or new electronics. Unfortunately the cost and availability of these items make it a good idea to look at upgrading to the RoadTrip or TRAV'LER antennas. Both of these products carry a 2 year parts and 1 year labor warranty.
