RS-2000 - Is it amplified?

Question:
I was given a Road Star antenna and don't know if I need a special power supply. Is the amplifier built into the antenna or does it need another amp.

Tech Tip:

The RS-2000 has an amplifier in it so all you will need with that antenna is a 12VDC power supply to supply power to the coax leading to the antenna head.
