I purchased this antenna and when received I assembled it according to the instructions and connected the antenna to new Toshiba HD TV. I had previously been using an adjustable rabbit ear antenna which received 10 channels, but would not receive NBC Digital or HD signals. Checking Antenna.org website and the specs for your antenna all stations including NBC should be well within the range of the SS-3000. However, when installed, my reception went from ten to one.
Experiment a little with pointing the antenna in different directions and see what works best. If this does not improve things, try putting the antenna in a bottom drawer. You are possibly over loading the digital tuner with signal but it could be that the antenna has a bad connection. These two tests will help determine which is more likely.
