SK-1000 - No Reception Date Modified: 2009-04-21
Question: I cannot get my Dish Network receiver to work with my new dish. My receiver is a DP301 and I have done all the troubleshooting that Dish has advised me to do. The signal strength meter stays red even though the antenna says it has a good signal form 110, 119 and 129.
Tech Tip:
If the Receiver is not getting the signal and the Dish says it has one, then the coax is most likely your problem. Try replacing your coax cable with another one that you know is good.
