RD-4600 - Canadian Compatible?

Question:
We have an RD-4600 and a RD-4646. Will our Canadian receiver work with the U.S. dish?

Tech Tip:

The RD-4600 or RD-4646 (they are the same unit) will work with Bell as we make it, but needs some modification for Star Choice. As modifications are needed this is not really something we recommend.
