I have no reception on our RV off air antenna. The voltage on the coax at the antenna is 13.28VOLTS. The voltage on the coax at the TV is .580. Is my amplifier bad?
It sounds like the antenna amplifier could be the problem. We can test the unit for you if you are interested. Generally, if you send the antenna to us with a check for $35.00 and your return address, we will test the antenna and if it is bad we will replace it for the $35.00. If not we will send the check and antenna back to you with a list of possible issues to look for.
