MV3500T - Not Operating

Question:
My Winegard MV3500T satellite antenna will not move at all. I have power to both circuit boards. Could my GPS antenna cause the unit to not do anything?

Tech Tip:

The MV3500T will make a full revolution and check its elevation before it stops to look for the GPS location. If your unit is not moving at all, you could have an elevation motor problem. With the power off, see if you can move the unit by hand. Without power, the motor should move fairly easily. If you can move the unit by hand please contact technical service.
