I recently purchased an RV with your satellite system. I was able to download your pdf instructions and get the system working. My question is does the dish need to be "parked" when turned off or do I need to do anything to protect the dish while I am traveling.
No, the unit is fine turned on or off when traveling. Any thing that can be damaged is protected by hard stops that will prevent any damage.
