I took my dish and DirecTV box to Florida and set it up as I have at other locations. This time I am only receiving half of the channels and I only show reception on half the transponders, mainly even numbers. My neighbor says the LNB is probably bad. Is this possible?
Are you using the port on the side of your RV to connect the coax from the DS-4248 to the receiver? If so, run the cable directly. The port is almost always used for park cable and is therefore designed to block some or all of the satellite channels.
