Shipping & Returns
Winegard offers a 90-day limited warranty against materials and workmanship. During this period, Winegard will replace or repair the product at no charge. The warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect installation or neglect.
You may return your FlatWave within 21 days of receipt of your order as long as the item is in its original condition. The item cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. Winegard is not responsible for installation errors. Product returns that are returned for credit will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Returns will not be accepted for any of the following reasons
- Packaging is missing, incomplete, damaged or defaced
- Missing or damaged: accessories, warranty cards, manuals, etc
- Product is not in acceptable condition for resale (scratched, damage, etc.)
- Electrical parts are not returnable if plugged in or unsealed for any reason
- No Returns will be accepted without a return authorization number (RMA). Call customer service to discuss the problem and to receive your RMA, 800-288-8094, M-F, 7:30 AM-5:30 PM CST
- Damaged items cannot be returned.
Original order shipping charges are non-refundable.
FREE Shipping Items
Returned products purchased with a free or discounted shipping option will incur a fee equal to the original shipping cost. Customer is also responsible for all shipping charges related to the return of a product.
Winegard Company will send a pre-paid Return Services label with all sold merchandise. This pre-paid label will be used if an RMA is received from Winegard Company to send the merchandise back to Winegard Company.
Please be aware that:
- Winegard can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from us. Any products purchased from another website or a local store and returned to us will not be returned by our warehouse.
- Winegard does not receive returns on Saturday or Sunday.
- Shipping costs may be refunded only if the return is a result of a shipping error or the item in question is defective.
