Randy Winegard
President & CEO
Mr. Winegard, a Burlington native, attended Burlington
Community College 1965-1967 and the University of
Iowa from 1967-1970. He returned
to Burlington to
manage the Pzazz! complex,
built by John Winegard, and
opened on October 19, 1970.
In 1969, he also began
working at Winegard Company
and became President
in 1977. Mr. Winegard continues
the traditions of his
father, founder of the Company
— a commitment to
quality products and customer
service. Randy Winegard is also the
President of Winegard Realty
Company. Winegard Realty
Company has been involved in
many projects — a casino development
in Blackhawk,
Colorado, residential developments
in Colorado and Arizona
and the Spirit Hollow Golf
Course in rural Burlington, continued
development of the
Pzazz! complex, the purchase
and future development of the
historic Moehn Brewery in
Burlington, a participant in
River Park Place development
in downtown Burlington, as
well as Big Muddy’s riverfront
restaurant on the Mississippi.
Winegard Realty Company
and Mr. Winegard are also
founding stockholders in Valley
Bank, headquartered in
Eldridge, Iowa.
Ken Jokerst
Vice President, Operations
Mr. Jokerst joined
Winegard in 2003 as the
Vice President of Operations.
He is a graduate of
Southern Illinois University with a Bachelor of
Science degree in Mechanical
Engineering. Mr. Jokerst has spent
18 years in the automotive
industry in management
positions in Engineering
and the Manufacturing areas.
He has worked for
Ford and Mazda Motor
companies in vehicle and
metal stamping assembly,
as well as in the automotive
parts component
supply chain.
Mr. Jokerst’s expertise
in lean manufacturing,
workplace continuous improvement
and his drive
to involve employees at
all levels of operations fits
Winegard’s strategic business
plans for the future.
