Director Quality: Winegard Company seeks professional to provide leadership, vision and direction to select, train, develop, motivate and manage the performance of the Quality department staff. Successful candidate will manage the day to day Quality department operation through a team of qualified quality specialists. Qualified candidate will have a minimum Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Mathematics or other technical field of study. Minimum five years experience as a Quality manager in an automotive or manufacturing industrial environment. Certified Six-sigma Black Belt preferred. Certified Quality Engineer preferred.
