Value Stream Supervisor - Satellite Antenna Production (2nd Shift): Winegard Company seeks Team Leader for 2nd shift satellite antenna production. Minimum 2 years experience with the supervision of 50 or more employees performing general assembly or fabrication. Candidate will have the ability to motivate, train and develop personnel and be responsive to team members throughout the company. Individual will work in a focus factory environment employing the principles of 5S, Kanban signaling system, lean manufacturing, etc. and will maintain a minimum of 65% of work hours on the floor. Responsibilities will involve assisting engineers with implementation of new products or product changes into manufacturing and will include hands on involvement in design and fabrication of components for sheet metal manufacturing. Parametric CAD modeling and drafting education or experience required. Competency in mathematics and mechanical aptitude required. Knowledge or experience in operation of machine shop equipment and sheet metal manufacturing a plus. Good communication and problem solving skills required.
